Join the opening team at Long Point Brewing Co. Long Point Brewing Co. is getting ready to open the doors to one of WA’s most exciting new hospitality venues overlooking the Indian Ocean in Kennedy Bay. We are on the hunt for passionate Chefs to join our opening kitchen team and help bring our food offering to life. Think quality produce, woodfired cooking, coastal flavours, local seafood, fresh pizzas, share style dining and a kitchen built for volume without losing heart. We are looking for solid operators who care about food, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and want to be part of building something special from day one. About the role You will work alongside a strong leadership team helping deliver a produce led modern Australian menu in a busy coastal brewpub workplace. Responsibilities
- Food preparation and service across busy periods
- Maintaining quality, consistency and presentation standards
- Following food safety and kitchen procedures
- Supporting a positive kitchen culture
- Working collaboratively with senior chefs and the wider hospitality team
- Assisting with prep, service and stock rotation What we’re looking for
- Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Passion for good food and hospitality
- Team focused mindset
