We’re looking for a Property Management Assistant to support our busy property team and help keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting our Property Managers with day-to-day administration Assisting with inspections, maintenance coordination, and leasing support Carrying out essential on-the-ground tasks (e.g. lock boxes, mail checks) Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records Being a reliable, organised support to the wider team

What We’re Looking For Someone organised, proactive, and people-friendly Confident communicator with strong phone skills Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Robust attention to detail — nothing slips past you Positive attitude and willingness to learn Real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential Having a current Property Management Registration is preferred Driver’s licence essential
