Your Role We are seeking a proactive Safety, Security & Systems Coordinator to drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE systems across our EO Services operations. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, compliant and high‑performing depot environment. Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HSE systems aligned to Major Hazard Facility requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, standards and policies
- Conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections, implementing effective controls
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinate return‑to‑work and rehabilitation programs
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety alerts and HSE training
- Maintain accurate safety records and audit documentation
- Support contractor safety management, including permits, documentation and audits
- Monitor environmental compliance in line with site management plans Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety & Environment
- Strong experience in HSE coordination within a regulated or high‑risk environment
- Proven ability in risk assessment, incident investigation and compliance management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
