- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) recognized by ACECQA.
- Experience in a long day‑care setting is desirable.
- Robust competency to provide and maintain a strong educational program.
- Strong communication skills for establishing and nurturing positive relationships with staff, children, and families.
- Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain them on onboarding). Perks
