We are looking for organised and proactive candidates to join our team. This is a hands‑on, office‑based role, suited to someone who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional administrative support in a busy workplace. About the role: Working within a small, close‑knit team as part of a larger organisation, you will provide high‑level administrative support to senior stakeholders. A key component of the role involves preparing and distributing meeting agendas, attending meetings and accurately recording and transcribing minutes for executive level discussions. We need someone who is comfortable working under pressure, can manage multiple urgent tasks, and consistently follows established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate and distribute meeting agendas and supporting documentation
- Process and distribute meeting outcomes and resultant actions
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, correspondence and data entry where needed
- Always maintain professionalism and ensure work is completed in accordance with organisational policies and procedures About You To find success in this role you would have:
- Significant administration experience in executive level support or something similar
- Good written communication and attention to detail
- Able to work in a small team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn general office systems
- Ideally a tertiary qualification in Communications, Business Administration or a related field would be highly regarded
- Proven experience taking detailed minutes Additional Requirements
- Able to work on site in the office
- Flexibility to accrue Time Off In Lieu where required
