Job Description Join us in thePort Kennedy Area, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part time role offers35.5 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:15-6:00pm (Stay and Play). Why JAG?

About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. Qualifications
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
- State working-with-children check
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- WA First Qualified Educator
- Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WAin accordance with ACECQA Additional Information At Junior Adventures Group, child safety and child safeguarding principles are our top priorities. Our recruitment process includes thorough background checks and screenings to ensure the wellbeing of all children in our care.
