We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our business. This is a hands‑on leadership role with full control of the sales department, reporting directly to the Dealer Principal. About the Role As Vehicle Sales Manager, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of the new and used vehicle sales operations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Ensure achievement of sales and manufacturer performance targets
- Plan and execute marketing and advertising strategies
- Build strong and professional relationships with vehicle manufacturers
- Drive customer satisfaction across the dealership
- Contribute to ongoing business development and departmental growth About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Sales Management experience within a franchised new vehicle dealership
- A deep understanding of dealership operations and key business drivers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
