Childcare Cleaner - Singleton (Rockingham)

We’re currently seeking a Casual Cleaner to join our close‑knit team and support the centre while our current cleaner is on leave. This role is for approximately 6 weeks, with the potential for extension. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our children, families, and staff, working alongside our educators and centre cook to keep everything running smoothly. Hours Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm What You’ll Be Doing
- General cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising
- Safely using approved cleaning products
- Laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding centre linen
- Keeping all areas clean and hygienic including rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, offices and staff areas
- Restocking and ordering cleaning supplies as needed What You’ll Need
- Availability Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm (essential)
- Previous cleaning experience (childcare or aged care preferred)
- A friendly, reliable, and positive attitude with robust attention to detail
- Ability to obtain (or already hold) Working with Children Check
- First‑Aid Certificate for Education and Care (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance (within last 6 months or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in Australia
