About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Metal Fabricator / Trade Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role that offers a mix of workshop fabrication and on-site installation work. Whether you’re a qualified fabricator or someone with relevant experience who’s keen to learn and grow, we want someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to give anything a go. Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication and assembly of stainless steel equipment
- Assisting with installs and maintenance on-site
- General workshop duties and support
- Reading and interpreting basic drawings (advantageous)
- Working collaboratively with a small team What We’re Looking For
- Experience in metal fabrication or as a trade assistant
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to work both in the workshop and on-site
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Driver’s licence (highly regarded)
- Forklift ticket or trade qualifications (bonus, but not required) What We Offer
