Overview We are seeking a Vocational Trainer to deliver quality training and support RTO compliance in a school setting. This role requires a passion for VET and deep knowledge of current RTO standards. Responsibilities
- Network with schools, industry and the public to discuss job opportunities for students.
- Meet reporting, attendance, and behaviour requirements to manage absenteeism and track competency completion and work placement progress, ensuring RTO compliance.
- Oversee routine and non‑routine maintenance of equipment and appliances used in the program, as well as consumable stock control systems. Please view the role description for a full list of responsibilities. Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Robust understanding of RTO compliance and ASQA standards.
- Experience delivering and assessing vocational support packages for students at risk of not achieving a QCE.
- Proficiency in managing documentation, MOUs and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and departmental policies.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders.
