About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Metal Fabricator / Trade Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role that offers a mix of workshop fabrication and in office installation work.

Whether you’re a qualified fabricator or someone with relevant experience who’s keen to learn and grow, we want someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to give anything a go.

Key Responsibilities Fabrication and assembly of stainless steel equipment

Assisting with installs and maintenance on-site

General workshop duties and support

Reading and interpreting basic drawings (advantageous)

Working collaboratively with a small team

What We’re Looking For Experience in metal fabrication or as a trade assistant

A robust work ethic and positive attitude

Willingness to work both in the workshop and on-site

Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Driver’s licence (highly regarded)

Forklift ticket or trade qualifications (bonus, but not required)

What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $42–$48/hr (depending on experience)
