As a **Sessional Trainer**, your main accountabilities will include:

- Deliver professional and engaging training
- Sourcing and organising student work experience placements
- Participating in the development of assessment strategies and tools
- Conducting initial training reviews to determine individual needs of the clients
- Maintaining a quality service delivery that optimises stakeholder satisfaction; and more!

Essential Requirements:

- Vocational competency in **Building & Construction, Warehouse, Hospitality, First Aid, Retail,** or **Housekeeping**.
- **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** or its successor, or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with specified units, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Current valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** or willingness to obtain
