We're looking for a Production Supervisor who is passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in daily toolbox talks to ensure work areas are focused daily on meeting KPI’s
- Maintain team skills matrix and have development plans in place for each team member
- Write, review and update standard operating procedures as required
- Lead by example with respect to compliance with site safety protocols, policies and procedures
- Conduct regular and meaningful discussions with team members about line performance

**Skills & Experience**
- Able to motivate and influence others
- Active listening and clear communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Open to a broad range of experience provided required competencies are met
