Finance & Insurance Business Manager (Moorooka)

Motorama Toyota is looking for an ambitious Business Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our driven and professional team! This role will assist customers through their vehicle ownership journey by presenting finance, insurance and protection products, managing applications and paperwork, and working closely with the Sales team to deliver outstanding results. You’ll play a key part in helping customers find the right finance and insurance solutions while delivering a can-do, cool guest experience — every day, every time! Why work with us?
- High-volume Toyota dealership with a strong customer base and earning potential
- OTE $130k – $150k per year

- Manage finance applications, approvals and related documentation
- Support customers through the vehicle purchase journey
- Work closely with the Sales team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication
- Achieve sales, performance and compliance targets What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Business Manager is desirable but not essential
- Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident negotiation and closing ability
- Motivated, resilient and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a agile team environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accurate paperwork management
