You will work closely with Mob, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment. You Will Also


- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
- Develop tailored plans for Mob to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment
- You will empower Mob by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers and participants

- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- You may require a current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle, but let’s have a yarn about that
- Willing to complete a National Police check
- Willing to obtain a MyID (standard level)
- Ability to pass a Working with Children's check
