- Supervising new home builds from site start to completion
- Coordinating trades, inspections and build schedules
- Maintaining safety, compliance and build standards
- Working with construction and admin teams to remove friction
- Delivering homes on programme and to standard What we are looking for
- Experience supervising residential new home builds
- Robust planning and time management skills
- Confident leadership style on site
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, or evidence your application has been submitted
