**What You’ll Do**

You’re not just mowing lawns. You’ll work across a variety of properties, handling tasks like:

- Lawn and garden maintenance (mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming)
- Tree planting and revegetation projects
- Weed and pest management (we're on a mission to reduce our reliance on chemicals)
- General property upkeep (because details matter)
- Operating top-of-the-line equipment (proper tools for proper work)
- Working with a team that’scommitted to providing our customers an exceptional experience

**What We’re Looking For**
- You love working outdoors and take pride in creating something great
- You’re reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn
- You can handle physical work and **own your results**:

- You’re comfortable using landscaping equipment—or willing to learn fast
- A valid driver’s licence is a must (you’ll be on the move)
- White Card and Chemical Handling Certificate? **Big plus** (but not essential)
- You have a qualification in a relevant field
- e.g. Certificate III in Horticulture or Conservation and Ecosystem Management. (Not essentially but ideal)
