About Our School St Mary’s Primary School is situated in the historic Queensland provincial city of Ipswich, 45 km from Brisbane CBD. Our beautiful, historical sandstone buildings are a visual reminder that quality Catholic education has been delivered on our site for over 150 years. We are a co‑educational school with a current enrolment of 575 students from Prep through to Year 6. - Status: Full‑time | Fixed‑term (Substantive 5‑year appointment as Assistant Principal with a further 5 years offered, subject to a positive review)
- Salary: $149,763.00 – $157,120.00 + super
- Permanency will be attached to your underlying teaching contract

- Experience as an Assistant Principal, Assistant Principal Religious Education, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, or a senior role providing support and leadership to Catholic schools, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in teaching and leading the teaching of religious education. Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
- For this position you are required to be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).
