Pharmacy Assistant/ Technician (Ashburton)

**The Role**

We are looking for full-time pharmacy assistant to join our team with the following essential characteristics:

- experience in retail/management pharmacy
- experience and knowledge in the dispensary

experience and knowledge in the front of shop
- experience and knowledge of pharmacy CRM programs
- results driven and dedicated work ethic
- outstanding customer service skills
- passionate about total healthcare solutions
- total understanding of Fred systems
- total understanding of Corum Lots systems
- strong leadership skill
- ability to work at fast pace/under pressure environment
- excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- willingness to learn, adapt and grow with business
- currently holding dispensary technician qualification or in a position to obtain by 2028
- you will be required to work evenings and weekends

**Duties**

Assistant is required to carry out duties in accordance with QCPP standards, and Pharmacy Board of Australia standards. Job includes:

- day to day running of the dispensary and skilled service area.
- Dispensing prescriptions using Fred
- servicing customers and counselling in relation to prescriptions and OTC supply
- Oversee medicinal preparation
- manage and control dispensary stock and stock ordering
- Complete NHS claim
- Management of stock procurement for the dispensary and front of shop
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
- ability to travel between sites as needed

Pay: $75,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year
