About the role Vital Hearing and Balance Clinic in Ashburton, VIC is seeking a motivated and organised Receptionist to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of our clinic. What you'll be doing
- Handling reception duties, including greeting patients, managing bookings and enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team, such as filing, data entry and report preparation
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with administration procedures
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
- Liaising with external partners and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Contributing to the overall efficient functioning of the clinic What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Competent in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Proven experience in a similar or healthcare administrative role
- Minimum 5+ years of administrative (preferably healthcare/allied health) experience required
- Knowledge of administration procedures desirable
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
