Laboratory Supervisor - Residential - Wickham (Point Samson)

About the role We are looking for an engaging and safety‑focused Laboratory Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Laboratory Operators at our Cape Lambert site. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the shipping sampling and analysis team and process.
- Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices, and processes, while providing leadership.
- Oversee the reporting of accurate analysis results.
- Demonstrate a high‑level knowledge and understanding of sampling and quality measurement processes.
- Perform field verifications and interactions, displaying safety leadership.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and comply with health, safety and environment policies, procedures, and initiatives (e.g. Leadership in the Field, LSC and CRM).
- Conduct team performance reviews.
- Identify, implement and sustain improvements to laboratory practices, ensuring consistency across all teams in the lab.
- Monitor compliance to quality standards and manage the execution of routine quality checks. What You’ll Bring
