Teacher - Primary (Point Samson)

Overview We are seeking a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed‑term, full‑time and part‑time vacancies that may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period. Role and Responsibilities Suitable applicants will ideally have exceptional interpersonal skills, a natural ability to communicate effectively, and a genuine ability to foster relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As a Primary Teacher you will promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, set high expectations, cultivate a growth mindset, and nurture students’ social and emotional development. - Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with the relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start.
- Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
