Supervisor (Charleville)

Our State Government client is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their team, delivering planned maintenance programs based in Charleville. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate office staff, field teams and subcontractors to ensure maintenance and minor works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role involves undertaking condition assessments, preparing estimates and quotations and managing project planning and delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff and subcontractors across maintenance and minor works programmes
- Conduct detailed condition assessments and prepare accurate cost estimates and trade packages
- Plan, schedule and coordinate works to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, including site inspections and audits
- Promote a positive team culture and contribute to staff development Mandatory Requirements
- Construction industry experience
- Current White Card
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective written and verbal communication skills Highly Desirable
- Trade qualification in a construction‑related field
- Supervisory experience in maintenance or minor works projects
