Sankey Fraser Eyecare, the only optometry practice in Roma, is seeking an Optometrist to join the team for a 6-month parental leave contract, commencing July. This is full-scope, community-focused optometry where your clinical decisions matter, and your patient relationships run deep. The Role
- Deliver comprehensive eye examinations across a diverse patient base
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions using therapeutics
- Provide dispensing support where needed
- Work with advanced equipment including Optos Daytona, Zeiss OCT, Humphrey Visual Field analyser, and autorefractor
- Collaborate with an experienced Optometrist while maintaining clinical independence About You
- Therapeutically endorsed (or eligible)
- Confident across general optometry and ocular disease management
- Comfortable with dispensing or willing to contribute when required
- Solid communicator who can build rapport within a close-knit community
