Job Description In this role, you will be a key member of our close‑knit branch in Roma and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. A Typical Day Will Involve
- Provide tailored solutions and in‑store experience that inspires and engages our customers
- Manage sales orders, quotations, and customer projects with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
- Respond promptly to customer queries and conduct follow‑up calls to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely order fulfilment Qualifications
- You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field
- Passionate about building strong working relationships with recent and existing customers
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded; otherwise we will provide the product training
- Forklift licence
