**Christmas Casuals at Sydney Zoo**

Located in the heart of Western Sydney, Sydney Zoo strives to showcase a broad range of native and exotic animals using technology and advanced exhibit design, with a strong focus on animal welfare, conservation, and educating our visitors about animals and their habitats. Environmental and social awareness play a vital role in our message that highlights the indigenous culture and human influence on the environment.

**The Position**

We are looking for seasonal Casuals to join our Guest Experience Crew and Retail Crew to help us deliver exceptional service these school holidays.

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for our member and visitors. **Availability between 25th December 2025
- 5th January 2026 is essential.**

Our Guest Experience team are the first point of contact for arriving to Sydney Zoo from the initial welcome to validating and selling tickets, crowd control, to assisting with enquiries.

The Retail Crew are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and the sale of retail products within the retail areas of Sydney Zoo.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Relevant Experience**

- Demonstrated ability to work within a team to deliver outstanding results and the enthusiasm and initiative to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.

- Can-do positive attitude and a quick learner who will make a fast start in the role.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and initiative to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality.

- Knowledge and commitment to Workplace Health and Safety and Equal Employment Chance.
- Legal working rights in Australia.
