Credit Administration - Customer Accounts (Glendenning)

**Description**: About the role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Resolution Coordinator based out of our branch in Glendenning, NSW.

Reporting to the Credit Resolution Team Leader, this role will see you use your organisational and relationship building skills to make a true impact on the business.

**In this role you will also**:

- Monitor and implement processes and procedures with regards to standing order report
- Engage and work collectively across teams to reduce overdue debt
- Work proactively to increase cashflow within customers allocated terms by effectively implementing strategies to reduce disputed invoices
- Conduct periodic credit reviews of existing accounts
- Manage and review incoming notifications from platforms by updating documents where needed
- Support Accounts Receivable at peak times to submit invoices into platforms

**Skills and Experiences**: Skills and experience

**You will have**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role (Hire industry experience advantageous)
- Knowledge of Credit Control function and end to end Accounts Receivable framework
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office products (essential), SAP Ariba & Baseplan (desirable)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
