Hello
We are looking for someone who is experienced in the following duties and has relevant past experience: Language: English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu or Gujrati
**Key Bookkeeping Duties & Office Administration Duties**
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Processing invoices, managing supplier payments, and following up on client payments.
- **Reconciliation**: Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and expense claims.
- **Payroll & Tax**: Handling payroll, superannuation
- **Data Management**: Maintaining accurate General Ledger records in software like Xero.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitoring inventory and ordering stationery
- **Records Management**: Maintaining physical and digital filing systems, including employee records.
**Common Qualifications**
- Experience with accounting software Xero.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and GST.
- Experience in Excel & Word.
