- Program & Teacher Development to join our Aquatics team at Sydney Gymnastics & Aquatic Centre (SGAC) at West HQ.

The Aquatics Trainer
- Program & Teacher Development plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of the swimming & water safety teaching standard at SGAC. You will be responsible for training, observing and developing our aquatic program team, ensuring they deliver top-notch teaching/instruction while overseeing program quality and implementing best practices.

AUSTSWIM Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (mínimally TAE40116)
- Desirable
First Aid Certificate
CPR Accreditation
Working with Children Check
5+ Years’ experience in teaching Swimming & Water Safety
5+ Years’ Demonstrated Programming, Administration, Training Implementation and delivery
Broad industry experience
Demonstrated understanding of the aquatics industry, swimming and child development and technical training requirements from the Guidelines for Protected Pool Operations (GSPO)
Capacity to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite
Capacity to effectively use Xplor Recreation Customer Retention Management System (Desirable)
