Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing Glendenning, NSW Full Time | Permanent $140,000 + Super A leading manufacturing company based in Glendenning is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function and drive operational performance across the facility. - Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure plant equipment, machinery, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. You will oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical capability, people management experience, and a focus on safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- As Maintenance Manager you will lead, mentor, and manage the site maintenance team
- The Maintenance Manager will coordinate preventative and breakdown maintenance activities
- This Maintenance Manager will oversee the repair, servicing, and installation of manufacturing equipment
- The Maintenance Manager will maintain high standards of workplace health and safety compliance
- As the Maintenance Manager you'll manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and supplier relationships
- The Maintenance Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
- This Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance-related projects and capital works activities
- This Maintenance Manager will ensure maintenance systems, schedules, and records are effectively maintained
- The Maintenance Manager will work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve performance Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Supervisor role within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programs and plant equipment
- Strong understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Trade qualification and/or engineering background highly regarded What’s on Offer
