ABC Textile Fabrication is seeking an experienced CNC operator to run our Aeronaut plotting machine for fabric cutting and plotting. This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience operating CNC or automated cutting and plotting equipment within a têxtile, upholstery, sailmaking, or technical fabric environment.

You will play a key role in preparing and processing fabric components for production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistent quality across custom made têxtile products.

This is a full time position based at our modern Glendenning facility, working as part of a skilled and supportive production team.

**Key Responsibilities**

Operating and setting up the Aeronaut CNC plotting machine for fabric cutting and plotting. Loading and unloading fabrics and managing material flow. Reading and interpreting cutting files, patterns, and job specifications. Ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and mínimal material waste. Performing basic machine maintenance and reporting any issues. Working closely with the fabrication and welding teams to meet production schedules.

**About You**

You have previous experience operating CNC cutting or plotting machines, ideally with fabrics or flexible materials. You are comfortable working with digital files, patterns, and production layouts. You have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing clean, accurate work. You are reliable, organised, and able to work independently when required. Experience within têxtile fabrication or manufacturing environments is highly regarded.

**Eligibility**

Pay: From $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
