Location: Doonside Community Health Centre (3 Days) & The Hills Community Health Centre (2 Days)

Where you'll be working

You will be based across Doonside Community Health Centre (3 days) and The Hills Community Health Centre (2 days), providing care within the Integrated Child & Family Health Service. This is a agile, community-focused environment delivering person- and family-centred care to diverse populations.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services for children up to 8 years, supporting their development and participation in daily life.
- Assess, triage and treat children with developmental, neurological or motor challenges
- Deliver tailored interventions via individual therapy, groups and education programs
- Partner with families, educators and agencies to improve functional outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to reports and evaluations
- Participate in quality improvement, professional development and student supervision How to Apply

- Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Qualifications: Recognised Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy Selection Criteria: 1. Recognised Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 2. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia 3. Demonstrated experience in providing Paediatric Occupational Therapy services. 4. Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with families to provide effective intervention for children within a limited session model. 5. Experience working effectively with families from differing psychosocial, socioeconomic and /or culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. 6. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team within a community setting. 7. Highly developed and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English. 8.
