Customer Service & Distributor Development Coordinator …, Minchinbury

Solatube Australia is a market leader in daylighting and natural ventilation solutions. We’re looking for an energetic and organised **Customer Service & Distributor Development Coordinator** to join our team.

This is a **dual role** combining customer service excellence with distributor support and administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers while also assisting our national distributor network to grow their businesses.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide quotes, product information, and allocate sales leads to distributors.
- Support our distributor network with orders, product details, pricing, and freight enquiries.
- Help track distributor performance and assist with training, meetings, and communications.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle general admin tasks.
- Work closely with the Dealer Development Manager and General Manager on projects and initiatives.

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or admin.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- A team player who enjoys building relationships with customers and distributors.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $70,000.06 per year
