**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Source and procure goods and services required for operations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Identify potential suppliers, conduct market research, and evaluate supplier capabilities, quality, and pricing to make informed sourcing decisions
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and terms for the company
- Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders, including departments and project teams, to meet their procurement needs and timelines
- Review purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and track order status to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferable but not essential
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
