**What We’re Looking For**

We are seeking dedicated professionals with:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a support worker, ideally in disability or NDIS-related roles.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Reliability, adaptability, and empathy in supporting diverse client needs.
- A current First Aid and CPR certification.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check or the ability to obtain one.

**Your Role**

As a support worker, you will:

- Deliver personalized in-home and community support services.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and goal achievement.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans tailored to client needs.
