**About the role**: As a senior leader in the marketing team on behalf of West HQ’s diverse businesses and brands you will lead a team of Marketing Executives and be responsible for developing, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns to deliver increased visitation and revenue.

This will include working with functional business leaders to understand commercial KPIs and then with the marketing team to define the monthly marketing activities and campaigns across paid, owned earnt channels in consultation with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Brand and Content Marketing Manager.

Given the dynamic nature of our business an important part of the role is to track marketing activity and campaign performance and adjust as needed to deliver the business outcomes required by West HQ.

**What do you need to be considered?**
- +10 plus years Marketing experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality business.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing including media buying, digital marketing, database management, loyalty communications and retail promotions.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and leading a multi-functional marketing team
- Proven experience in working across a matrixed organisation and effectively managing senior stakeholders with divergent business requirement.
- Strategic thinker balanced with being a ‘hands on’ doer
- Demonstrated success in marketing plan development and effective campaign deployment as measured by quantifiable commercial outcomes
- Strong written and communication skills
- Advanced time management and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Experience in the development and management of staff
