Warehouse Manager (Eastern Creek)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our parts and appliance warehouses at The Appliance Guys. With a strong background in inventory management and logistics, you will take charge of receiving, storage, and distribution—ensuring smooth and productive operations across warehouse assistants, technicians, couriers, and multiple warehouse locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to drive efficiency and organization in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee warehouse assistants handling parts receiving, storage, and distribution
- Ensure accurate stock control, including van stock and bay movement logs.
- Manage supplier deliveries—verify accuracy and reconcile with purchase orders
- Oversee scanning and documentation of delivery dockets to the inventory team
- Ensure correct labeling and storage for easy access and organization
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing Manager to maintain stock.
- Supervise picking and packing of parts for technicians, couriers, and warehouse transfers
- Ensure warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is operated safely and efficiently
- Manage the returns process for faulty or excess parts and appliances
- Work closely with Sales, Technicians, Purchasing, and Inventory Teams for smooth operations
- Lead a clean, organized, and safety-conscious warehouse environment
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, working with management on operational efficiencies.
- Conduct daily stocktakes to ensure real-time accuracy of inventory records
- Plan and oversee bi-annual stocktakes, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to ensure daily objectives and goals are met

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse assistants.
- Hands-on approach—comfortable leading by example and stepping in when needed
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and task prioritization
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments
- Experience operating warehouse equipment

Pay: $100,000.00
- $120,000.00 per year
