Administrative Traineeship (Minchinbury)

We are looking for a committed and well-presented individual who is keen to start their administrative career with a Traineeship. This will allow you to combine hands on training experience along with the knowledge achieved with study. This role will start as a 12-month traineeship in which you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration. Should you be the right fit and happy with us we will look at extending your employment beyond the traineeship. You will receive training, support and direction in a positive setting from our Administrative Manager who has many years of administrative experience in various industries.

Your on-the-job training will include:

- Data entry
- Filing
- Reception
- Ordering office supplies
- General ADHOC duties
- Scanning and shredding
- General administration to assist our business and support the office staff

To be considered for this role you must have:

- The ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Be a self-starter and be prepared to provide support where required
- Have some knowledge of Microsoft
- Punctuality is a must

The hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm on Friday. This job is perfect for school leavers or those who wish to make a career change.

**Salary**: From $30,000.00 per year
