Clinical Nurse Educator - Healthcare (Eastern Creek)

As we continue to grow our Healthcare business in Australia, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Educator to join our team. About the Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Healthcare, the Clinical Educator plays a pivotal role in supporting both customer outcomes and business growth through the delivery of high-quality clinical education and continence management expertise. This role is responsible for developing and delivering education programs to customers, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders, while also supporting customer acquisition activities through clinical presentations, product demonstrations, and evidence-based continence management solutions. The position works closely with Business Development Managers, customers, and healthcare providers to ensure Ontex remains a trusted clinical partner and continues to deliver best-practice continence management outcomes. This is a national role requiring occasional interstate travel. Key Responsibilities Clinical Education & Training
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging education programs across Aged Care, Home Care, and Healthcare settings.
- Facilitate both face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Provide guidance on continence assessment, product selection, and best-practice continence management.
- Ensure educational content remains current and aligned with industry standards and evidence-based practice. Customer Support & Clinical Partnership
- Partner with customers to support continence management initiatives and quality improvement programs.
- Provide clinical guidance regarding continence-related accreditation and compliance requirements.
- Support customers in implementing effective continence management systems and practices.
- Build robust relationships with clinical teams, care staff, and decision-makers. Sales & Business Development Support
- Support Business Development Managers during customer presentations, tenders, and new business opportunities.
- Provide clinical expertise during product demonstrations and evaluations.
- Assist in showcasing the clinical and commercial benefits of Ontex solutions.
- Contribute to customer onboarding and implementation activities. Continuous Improvement & Market Insights
- Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and emerging best practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance educational programs and clinical support offerings.
- Provide insights to internal stakeholders regarding customer needs and market developments.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Ontex's clinical value proposition. Internal Stakeholder Support
- Act as the clinical subject matter expert for internal teams.
- Support the ongoing development of Business Development Managers through coaching and education.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Clinical qualifications (Nursing, Continence, Aged Care or related healthcare discipline).
- Previous experience in a Clinical Educator, Nurse Educator, Clinical Consultant, Clinical Specialist, or similar healthcare education role.
- Experience within Healthcare, Aged Care, Community Care, Continence Management, Wound Care, Medical Consumables, or a related healthcare sector.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts in a practical and engaging way.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting customer-facing commercial teams is highly regarded.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, presentation platforms, and CRM systems.
