Accounts Payable Officer - Fixed Term Contract (Eastern Creek)

This full-time position requires collaboration with another AP officer and offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Matching POs, processing FX/Overseas payments, reconciling accounts, and conducting payment runs. If you are a problem solver with great communication skills who enjoys challenges, we want you on our team. This is a fixed term role for two months as leave cover. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices daily and ensure coding and approval in workflow.
- Match POs for stock invoices.
- Manage and track overseas trade payments.
- Process local and overseas EFT payments.
- Conduct supplier reconciliations.
- Build relationships with trade creditors and internal departments.
- Undertake ad-hoc project work as required. Current project: SAP Concur AP automation
