Real Estate Sales Associate - Entry Level (Rooty Hill)

**Position Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to work directly under our Director. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in real estate sales, focusing on prospecting and client engagement. You’ll gain valuable insights and skills, building a strong foundation for a future in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through prospecting activities, including phone calls, door-to-door canvassing, and networking events
- Support the Director in client meetings, property showings, and follow-ups
- Maintain the CRM database with accurate, up-to-date client information
- Prepare market research reports, property listings, and other sales materials as directed
- Contribute to developing sales strategies and implementing marketing campaigns
- Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings to stay updated on market trends and company goals

**Qualifications**:

- Current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with clients
- Enthusiasm for learning about the real estate industry and sales techniques
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with cold-calling and networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus
