**The Role**
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Build strong relationships with families
- Ensure safe, stimulating learning environments
- Contribute to program monitoring and improvement

**About You**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved / working towards)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Knowledge of NQF, NQS and EYLF
- Strong communication skills
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Passionate about nurturing authentic connections with children and families
