Provide guidance to users on system functionalities, features and best practices. **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve issues through research and collaboration, internal and external. Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution **Documentation and Training**: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs and other support documentation to help users navigate the system. Design and conduct basic training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to enhance user competency. **Continuous Improvement**: Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated on new features, updates, and industry best practices related to M3CE and IT support. **Skills and Experience**: Experience in an IT support or customer service role, preferably with exposure to ERP systems Intermediate Microsoft office skills
