Restaurant Service Assistant (Plumpton)

**Company Description**

Sushi Bros is a recent concept Japanese sushi restaurant serving fresh, high-quality sushi for both dine-in and takeaway, and are in the lookout for amazing team members to join our team.

We are seeking motivated and hardworking kitchen staff who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and most importantly customer service!

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food prep, including sushi rolling, cooking and general kitchen duties
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Work efficiently in a busy environment, especially during peak hours

These are just some of the skills we’re looking for:

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous kitchen experience (preferred but not required
- training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

- $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
