Supply Chain Conformance Auditor (Eastern Creek)

**About the team**: The engine room of our business, our Central Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.

**About the role**: You’ll be responsible for conducting random and/or directed conformance audits on pallets and inbound deliveries at the distribution centres. Working closely with the central team you’ll be a key contact assisting on matters related to overall supplier conformance.

This is a secondment opportunity untill 30/6 based at our Eastern Creek NDC.

You will also:

- Play a critical role in helping suppliers understand where their challenges lie
- Support one of our key transformational activities that is Supplier Conformance
- Enable our business units to hold meaningful and engaging supplier discussions, based on your finds
- Work with the Supply Chain Operations team
- Complete and submit daily conformance audits
- Observe and report on supplier conformance issues
- Identify areas of opportunity within ways of working
- Actively promoting and reinforcing the importance of procedures, policies and conformance requirements
- Develop skills and expand DC team member’s knowledge around conformance requirements.

***About you and your Skills**: You will need:

- Experience working in a FMCG warehouse workplace
- To be motivated and reliable with an interest in improving supplier delivery standards
- Prior experience working in a supply chain quality assurance or auditing role
- To be detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity
- The ability to work autonomously to achieve specific audit targets
- Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of comfort using intermediate to advanced Excel functions
