Customer Service Officer- Part Time (Rooty Hill)

At Sydney Gymnastics & Aquatic Centre we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team part time. **The day-to-day**:

- Provide prompt, skilled, and courteous customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
- Attending to Café Orders

**Our perfect fit**: Someone who has a high level of customer service and data entry experience, excellent presentation and clear communication skills. You must be able to keep up to date with current class schedules across the Gymnastics and Aquatic programs and have an ability to provide information on our products and services to new and existing members.

Someone who is able to work part time in the following shifts Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm-9pm and Saturday 1pm-5pm (20hrs p/w) however hours will vary due to special events and trade of business requirements.

**What you will need to be considered?**
- General knowledge of sport and recreational industry is advantageous
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task with precision
- Reception/Administration experience essential
- Food handling and Cafe experience (desirable)
- Intermediate skills Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn about the precinct and the classes we have on offer
- Full Australian work rights
