Learn to Swim Instructor (Rooty Hill)

Looking for an exciting and rewarding job chance? BEST Aquatics in Rooty Hill, NSW, is seeking experienced, passionate and dedicated Learn to Swim Instructors to join our energetic and growing team.

We're on the hunt for instructors who can work across various age groups, from infants to adults, and who are comfortable in a lively and frequently changing environment. The position requires flexible hours, and you should be willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional instruction on our swim program
- Provide individualised attention to each student to enhance their learning experience
- Monitor progress and goals of each student
- Create a safe and positive atmosphere for our students and their families while following guidelines for safety and hygiene
- Engage and communicate with parents regarding the progress of their children's swimming journey.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience teaching learn to swim classes
- Previous experience working with children in a related field would be advantageous.
- Current Working with Children Certification
- Nation Police Check

Licence/Certification:

- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or equiv. (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Current CPR (required)
- National Police / Criminal History Check (required)
