**Introduction**: Manassen Foods and Sunbeam Foods are one of Australia’s leading manufacturers, importers, marketers and distributors of fine food products. Our brands include S&W; Mayonnaise, Wokka, Golden Days, Trident, Angas Park and Sunbeam Foods to name a few. Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an agile and dynamic Commercial Analyst, to partner with our manufacturing team and support business results through reporting, insights and analysis. **Description**: Reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Supply Chain & Operations, you will be able to influence business outcomes as well as manager short-term and long-term forecasting. The role is based at Eastern Creek in Greater Sydney, with regular travel to Mildura, Victoria. **Key Responsibilities will include**: Partnering with manufacturing team to shape performance and results of our operations Reporting of weekly and monthly performance of manufacturing, including analysis of key drivers of variance to budget including direct labour, material and overhead variances Maintenance of accurate and up to date costings in ERP system to enable accurate financial performance measurement and analysis of product performance Maintaining a quotation process that allow accurate costings to be provided to the business in a timely basis for use in business cases Forecasting manufacturing requirements to influence future cost management Reconciliation of inventory and other key general ledger accounts Providing key inputs into the annual budget in relation to manufacturing operations, including labour and overhead recovery rates as well as product costs. Maintenance on BOMs (Bills of material) in accordance with changes and setting up new BOMs for new products Oversee the completion of weekly Balanced Score Card **Skills and Experience**: CPA/CA (Or equivalent) Experience in a Commercial Analyst role, preferably within FMCG Experience in commercial partnership, preferably with a manufacturing/ supply chain team Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including to build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Excellent attention to detail Motivated to own a process and accept accountability for performance Have a keen eye for continuous improvement and the willingness to adapt as required.
