Warehouse Manager (Eastern Creek)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including unpacking containers
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage inventory control, conduct regular audits, and maintain inventory records
- Coordinate and schedule shipments
- Supervise and train warehouse staff
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and customer service
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or disputes that may arise

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
- Relevant ticket qualifications with Stock Picker or Forklift licenses
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment when necessary
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Pay: $50,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
