The Birdhousein Minchinbury is currently looking for the industry’s finest waitstaff in both casual & part-time capacity to join our growing team to deliver a sense of sophisticated, yet personalised style of hospitality experience for our guests.

Located in the heart of Western Sydney, we are offering a food & beverage experience that rivals our inner city friends! With a stunning garden setting and a gorgeous courtyard that overlooks the Blue Mountains.

The perfect applicant will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, a robust passion, knowledge of food & wine, and excellent customer service skills.

Our standard working week is between Wednesday
- Sunday, with two days off in a row on Monday & Tuesday. Weekend availability is essential. Range of shifts available for breakfast, lunch & dinner!

Job description

Experience in running a floor section

Demonstrated excellence and experience in customer service

Good time management and ability to multi-task

Taking and processing orders

Ability to carry three plates

Wine and beverage service
